ASA/PVC Roof Installation Guide

First, installation tools and accessories

1. Tools: Engineering lines, electric hand drill, the drill sleeves, portable cutting machine, tape measure, steel ruler, wrenches, hand polishing machine.

2. Accessories: Waterproof ring, protection pads, self tapping screw, self tapping wood screw, stainless steel hook, waterproof cap.

3. Additional materials: Resin adhesive, resin powder ( mixing two materials to fill the imperfect borehole).

Second, roofing requirements

ASA/PVC synthetic resin tile applies to gradient of 20~80 degree slope roof (see picture).

Purlin

Common Purlin materials and dimensions (mm): wood 60*40mm, square steel tube 60*40*3mm, and c-shaped steel 100*50*20*3mm.

Brush oil over metal purlins, paint twice. Wood purlins must be impregnated with tar or asphalt oil.

Leaving 180mm between the top purlin and the ridge line is easy to install roof tiles, the bottom purlin is 50-70mm away from the roof eaves.

Purlin spacing of Bamboo-shaped tiles shall not exceed 660mm, Purlin spacing of curved tiles shall not exceed 750mm.
